Technical Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will assist overall sales process at ScaleBase.  S/he will lead detailed product explanations and demonstrations to ScaleBase prospects and customers. S/he will work closely with the ScaleBase sales team, participating in the sales process at every stage (technical qualification, customer presentation, POC, etc.).  S/he will work directly with customers in a pre and post sales capacity, both remotely and on-site.  Select post sales functions will include customer support as well as the presentation of new/additional features.

Required skills:

  1. Good  customer facing communications skills
  2. At least 3 years of experience in technical sales roles
  3. LINUX/UNIX usage and administration – must
  4. Intensive experience with MySQL – advantage
  5. Cloud application deployment – advantage

ScaleBase Engine Developer

ScaleBase is hiring a top notch software engineer. We are looking for a developer who will have the opportunity to substantial contribute to development of a leading data traffic management solution.  The developer will be involved in the development of the entire life-cycle of the product, defining high level and detailed functionality for ScaleBase products.

Required skills:

  1. At least 5 years of Java development, mainly J2SE.
  2. Experienced in design and implementation of multi threaded, mutil-tier applications
  3. Intensive experience with SQL – advantage
  4. Cloud application deployment – advantage
  5. LINUX usage and administration – advantage
